If you are unsatisfied with your order then please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help. You must contact us within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Please email us at rebecca@gothicbridal.co.uk to discuss any issues you have with your order.
Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of accepting your request. Where applicable, cost of postage will be covered the customer, except in cases where the product is faulty. If this is the case please send us proof of postage cost and we will process this with your refund or we will arrange a courier to collect where possible.
Items must be returned unused/unworn and in the original packaging.
We will process your return and refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
Refunds will be given via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
CUSTOMISED OR PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS FAULTY. In sending us any request for personalisation or customisation you will be agreeing to this. Products sourced and obtained for you via Third Party manufactures without alterations are exempt from this as we class them as not personalised/customised. An example of this would be a product of a different colour /size than what is advertised on our site.
Queries about our apparel items bought through our Teemill store will be sent to Teemill customer service who will then conatct you to discuss further.
